About the Company: At Syncredible Solutions, we believe in the transformative power of technology. we specialize in Digital transformation services, Enterprise solutions, Power BI Analytics solutions and staffing services We are seeking a hands-on Sitetracker Developer to support client telecom project lifecycle applications, specifically around site acquisition, construction, and asset management workflows. The role involves end-to-end development, customization, and integration of Sitetracker (built on Salesforce) within a complex enterprise ecosystem including systems such as GIS, CRM, and enterprise integration platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Sitetracker Development & Customization β€’ Design and develop custom objects, workflows, and automation within Sitetracker (Salesforce platform) β€’ Configure project lifecycle workflows (site acquisition β†’ leasing β†’ construction β†’ operations) β€’ Extend Sitetracker capabilities using: β€’ Apex classes & triggers β€’ Lightning Components (LWC/Aura) β€’ Visualforce (where applicable) β€’ Implement role-based access, validation rules, and business logic 1. Integration & API Engineering β€’ Develop and maintain integrations between Sitetracker and enterprise systems such as: β€’ CRM / Dynamics / ServiceNow β€’ GIS and external vendor systems β€’ Design and implement: β€’ REST/SOAP APIs β€’ Middleware-based integrations (AWS/Lambda/API Gateway, etc.) β€’ Ensure contract-based integration and regression stability 1. Telecom Domain Alignment β€’ Support telecom-specific use cases: β€’ Tower/site lifecycle management β€’ Lease & asset tracking β€’ Field service workflows β€’ Site power and construction tracking β€’ Translate business requirements into scalable Sitetracker technical solutions 1. Agile POD Delivery Ownership β€’ Work within integration-focused engineering PODs delivering end-to-end features β€’ Participate in: β€’ Sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos β€’ Story estimation & technical spikes β€’ Own: β€’ Technical design β€’ Development β€’ Unit testing & deployment 1. Quality Engineering & DevOps β€’ Develop unit tests and support integration testing using tools like Postman β€’ Ensure compliance with: β€’ CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Harness) β€’ Code quality, security, and governance standards β€’ Support regression, defect resolution, and performance optimization 1. Production Support & Enhancements β€’ Provide L2/L3 support for Sitetracker-related issues β€’ Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes β€’ Drive continuous improvement and automation in workflows Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills β€’ Strong experience in: β€’ Salesforce Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows) β€’ Sitetracker (mandatory / preferred) β€’ Integration experience: β€’ REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture β€’ Cloud & DevOps: β€’ AWS basics (Lambda, API Gateway) β€’ CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins/Harness) β€’ Testing: β€’ Unit testing frameworks, API testing tools (Postman) Domain Expertise β€’ Telecom domain experience preferred: β€’ Tower/site lifecycle β€’ Field service processes β€’ Asset and lease management systems Soft Skills β€’ Strong stakeholder communication (business + IT teams) β€’ Ability to work in client-facing agile delivery model β€’ Ownership mindsetβ€”capable of handling end-to-end delivery within POD.
