Sitetracker Developer

Job Title: Sitetracker Developer Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Job Description We are looking for an experienced Sitetracker Developer to join our team in TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Sitetracker on the Salesforce platform and will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting telecom project management applications. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that support site acquisition, construction, asset management, and project lifecycle processes. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and customize applications within the Sitetracker platform. • Configure workflows, automation, validation rules, and business processes using Salesforce technologies. • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Visualforce. • Build and maintain integrations between Sitetracker and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs. • Work with external systems such as CRM, GIS, ServiceNow, and other business applications. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and code reviews. • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support deployment activities. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support. • Ensure code quality by following development standards, CI/CD processes, and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Required Skills: • Strong experience with Sitetracker development and customization. • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, Visualforce. • Experience building REST and SOAP API integrations. • Knowledge of Salesforce security, validation rules, and workflow automation. • Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Harness, or similar CI/CD tools. • Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools. • Basic knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda and API Gateway. • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the Telecom industry, particularly with tower/site lifecycle management, asset management, or field service processes. • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator certification. • Sitetracker certification is a plus. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
