About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI Data Scientist to join a high-impact data and AI team focused on advancing enterprise analytics, machine learning, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on practitioner who thrives at the intersection of data science, cloud technology, and artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will work within a mature data science environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop scalable models, optimize data assets, and support AI-driven business initiatives. The position combines traditional data science responsibilities with the exploration and implementation of next-generation AI solutions, including autonomous and agent-based systems. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions that address complex business challenges. • Build and maintain predictive, statistical, and generative AI models using large-scale enterprise datasets. • Develop and optimize data models that support analytics, reporting, machine learning, and AI workloads. • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation. • Contribute to the design and implementation of Agentic AI solutions and intelligent automation workflows. • Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model training, validation, and performance monitoring. • Leverage Snowflake as the enterprise data platform for analytics and machine learning initiatives. • Develop scalable solutions within an AWS cloud environment, utilizing cloud-native services where appropriate. • Communicate findings, recommendations, and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Support ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) analytics and data science initiatives while contributing to strategic AI programs. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles. • Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade machine learning models. • Strong expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics. • Experience working in enterprise data science environments with large and complex datasets. • Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning technologies, including generative AI applications. • Experience developing solutions within AWS cloud environments. • Strong experience working with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms. • Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. • Experience with SQL and large-scale data analysis. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience building or supporting Agentic AI frameworks, autonomous AI agents, or AI orchestration platforms. • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI application development. • Experience with MLOps, model governance, monitoring, and deployment practices. • Knowledge of distributed data processing and modern data architectures. • AWS certification or advanced cloud experience is a plus.
