Job Title : Smart Communications Developer Location: Chicago, IL Type: Contract Job description: • Assists implementation of the SmartComm forms solutions • Develops SmartComm resources utilizing best practises • Develops and tests SmartComm forms during forms authoring • Receives mentoring on product knowledge from more senior team members • Works with appropriate team members with a Can dowill do attitude to achieve successful project milestone • Assists in gather and authoring customer requirements • Develops the data mapping and formatting • Authors Design and Requirement specifications • Contributes to post project reviews • Contributes to customer implementation document • Interfaces with client in professional manner • Shows initiative in learning the application of SmartComm Thunderhead products in vertical market space • Responsible for technical and personal career development to meet the demands of the role • Desired Skills Experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Logical and analytical problem-solving skills • Positive client service approach with a Can do will do attitude • Presentable client facing skills • Good knowledge of Thunderhead Smart communications • The candidate shall be able to guide the team on thunderhead and Interactive projects • Understand Requirements and ensure effective design development validation and support activities • Good to have 1 to 2 years of working experience on Smart Communications and Interactive Draft Editor • The person will be involved in requirement gathering analysis build test • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Hands on experience in designing and developing multichannel Print web html email archive SMS Fax etc thunderhead communications integrating Thunderhead with upstream systems eg Guidewire etc with Document Management Systems FileNet Documentum Alfresco etc • Good to have knowledge and experience in Service Oriented Architecture and messaging techniques including JMS SOAP REST MQ etc • Good to have knowledge and experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server • Good to have working experience in any Application Servers including JBOSS Web Logic Web Sphere • Designing capability and create any type of document for batch realtime or interactive delivery • Location of posting is driven by business needs • Document composition skills using similar products such as HP Exstream xPression etc
