Role description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer and Administrator Level 6 to join our growing IT Service Management team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing administering and enhancing enterprise level solutions within the ServiceNow platform focusing on ITSM and CSM modules This role requires strong technical knowledge process discipline and experience in managing customized ServiceNow implementations and integrations Years of experience needed is about 6 to 10 years Key Responsibilities • Design develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications workflows and business processes • Manage day to day platform administration including user roles ACLs and catalog maintenance • Implement and maintain ITSM and CSM functionalities to align with business requirements • Develop and maintain scripts business rules client scripts UI policies and flow designs • Build complex workflows reports gauges dashboards and email notifications • Handle CMDB Discovery and related integrations • Manage ServiceNow upgrades patch cycles and ensure environment stability • Assist project managers and stakeholders by assessing release impacts managing dependencies and maintaining documentation Technical Skills • Handson experience implementing ServiceNow in a domain separated environment • Expertise in ITSM and ITOM Incident Problem Change Service Catalog Asset CMDB SLA • Proficiency in scripting languages Glide Jelly JavaScript HTML XML AJAX • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using SOAP REST APIs and email actions • Experience developing custom modules and applications • Strong troubleshooting capabilities for event correlation and performance issues • Knowledge of Flow Designer Performance Analytics and catalog building • Experience with platform upgrades and configuration management Management Skills Experience with platform upgrades and configuration management Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes and frameworks Experience managing SDLC release cycles and ServiceNow governance Ability to gather requirements translate BRDs into technical solutions and execute test cases Excellent documentation and release management practices Behavioral Competencies Analytical and solution oriented approach to problem solving Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to coach junior developers in ServiceNow best practices Proactive in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring delivery excellence Qualifications Education Any Graduate • Experience 5 to 10 plus years of relevant ServiceNow experience • Solid handson experience with Glide Record queries in client scripts and business rules • Proven experience designing solutions in Flow Designer • Experience in Customer Service Management CSM and Retail Service Management RSM modules Certifications Needed ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA ITIL v3 Foundation certification Latest ServiceNow Delta Certifications 20242025 Additional Information Work Schedule Hybrid with flexibility to align with client time zones Travel Requirements Limited as necessary for project delivery
