Job Description We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Data Engineer to join our team in developing a centralized data management hub that supports digital marketing analytics and campaign measurement. This role is critical in transforming diverse digital datasets into actionable insights for internal platforms and external clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Snowflake as the core data platform, along with strong proficiency in SQL for writing, diagnosing, and optimizing complex stored procedures. The role involves developing and tuning SQL-based logic and leveraging Python to perform advanced data processing, including the creation of custom KPIs and analytics workflows. The engineer will work with a variety of digital marketing datasets, including social media activity (such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Doximity), web interactions (clicks, banners), and third-party data sources like Amazon and Hulu. Experience in digital domainsβ€”particularly within digital agencies or creative firmsβ€”is highly valued. The position requires familiarity with Azure Data Factory and related Azure services for orchestrating data workflows. The data engineer will support API-based ingestion into Snowflake and manage file-based data outputs that feed into internal platforms or are delivered to clients for campaign measurement and performance analysis. This role focuses on the middleware integration layer, not on building ingestion pipelines, but rather on performing complex KPI calculations and data transformations within Snowflake using Python. The successful candidate will have experience extracting, transforming, and aggregating data from multiple file formats to uncover key performance indicators. Familiarity with platforms such as Navigator or Media OS is a plus, as is experience supporting measurement campaigns and delivering data to clients in structured formats. Compensation: $60/hr to $63/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
