Snowflake Data Engineer (with Cortex AI Experience) We’re looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake and hands-on experience in Cortex AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in designing, building, and optimizing large-scale data solutions that drive business value. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and integrations on the Snowflake Data Platform. • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures using SnowSQL. • Implement and manage Snowpipe, external tables, staging, and task scheduling for seamless data flow. • Apply Cortex AI for data processing, predictive analytics, and advanced integrations within Snowflake environments. • Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of data systems through continuous monitoring and automation. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective data solutions. • Contribute to data strategy, process improvements, and projects that deliver measurable business impact. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse (DW) / Business Intelligence (BI) development in large-scale environments. • 2+ years of hands-on experience working on Snowflake Data Platform. • Strong command of SnowSQL (SQL & Query Proficiency) and Snowflake architecture/core concepts. • Experience with Cortex AI (AI & Advanced Tools) for Snowflake is highly desirable. • Knowledge of data transformations, performance tuning, and data pipeline optimization. • Experience with Teradata is a plus. • Previous exposure to agile environments and onshore/offshore/nearshore collaboration models.
