Job Title: Snowflake Data Engineer (10+ Years Experience) Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Snowflake Data Engineer to support Clinical Operations and enterprise analytics initiatives. This role focuses on building scalable data models and transformations to enable reliable, high-quality data processing in regulated healthcare and pharmaceutical environments. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain data models and transformations using DBT • Optimize and tune Snowflake queries and data models for performance and scalability • Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and best practices • Follow development standards including Git-based version control and code reviews • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies • Take ownership of deliverables and continuously improve data processes Core Skills • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering • Strong expertise in SQL, DBT, and Snowflake • Experience with query optimization and performance tuning • Proficiency with Git, Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and Scrum practices • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or other regulated environments • Nice to have: Python, Airflow, cloud data platforms Education • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field • Advanced degree or relevant certifications - preferred
