Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Snowflake Data Development
• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake database objects including tables, views, schemas, and curated datasets supporting FICC reporting domains
• Implement business‑rule‑driven transformations aligned to FICC methodologies and reporting requirements
• Support migration of legacy reporting datasets into Snowflake using approved enterprise patterns
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and performance for regulatory and risk analytics
Regulatory & Risk Reporting Enablement
• Support analytics for regulatory, risk, liquidity, and tax reporting obligations
• Implement reconciliation checks and validation logic between source systems and Snowflake
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to remediate data integrity gaps and audit findings
• Maintain traceability between source data, Snowflake datasets, and published reports
AWS QuickSight Dashboards
• Design, build, and maintain AWS QuickSight dashboards and datasets used by FICC stakeholders
• Modernize legacy/static reports into governed, dynamic dashboards
• Implement row‑level security, governed datasets, and standardized metric definitions
• Optimize dashboard performance and usability for high‑volume and peak‑period usage
Governance, Audit & Documentation
• Produce and maintain field‑level mappings, business logic documentation, and data lineage artifacts
• Support internal and external audits by providing evidence of controls, accuracy, and governance
• Ensure compliance with DTCC data classification, access control, and retention standards.
Delivery & Collaboration
• Participate in Agile delivery teams and sprint execution
• Support release validation, production readiness, and post‑deployment monitoring
• Contribute to runbooks, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake in enterprise reporting or analytics environments
• Proven experience building AWS QuickSight dashboards, datasets, and analyses
• Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of analytical data modeling
• Experience supporting audit‑sensitive or regulator‑facing reporting
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial services, clearing, or post‑trade environments
• Familiarity with Financial business domains (Clearing, Risk, etc.)
• Experience with data reconciliation, controls, and audit evidence preparation
• Exposure to cloud data modernization initiatives
• Experience working in Agile and enterprise SDLC environments
