Role description
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Snowflake Developer. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Snowflake Developer will design and maintain Snowflake tables, views, and curated datasets for regulatory and risk reporting
β’ Build business-rule-driven transformations and migrate legacy reporting data into Snowflake
β’ Ensure data accuracy, completeness, performance, and audit readiness
β’ Develop and maintain AWS QuickSight dashboards and governed datasets
β’ Implement reconciliation, validation, lineage, and traceability controls
β’ As a Snowflake Developer, you will partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teams to resolve data issues
β’ Produce required documentation for data logic, mappings, and controls
β’ Support Agile delivery, releases, production validation, and operational runbooks
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent experience
β’ Strong hands-on Snowflake experience in enterprise analytics/reporting
β’ Experience supporting audit- or regulator-facing reporting
β’ Understanding of data controls, reconciliation, and audit readiness
β’ Proven AWS QuickSight dashboard and dataset development
β’ Advanced SQL and analytical data modeling skills
β’ Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
β’ Financial services domain experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
