1. Ability to write efficient| complex queries against very large data sets using SQL Developer and TOAD| Snowflake
1. Should be able to understand complex business requirements and existing relational data models
1. Experience with Agile methodologies - Scrum| Continuous integration
1. Experience in performance tuning - Strong analytical| design and debugging skills
1. Attention to detail| Desire and ability to work in a multi-distributed team environment
1. Ability to excel in a short timeframe under short sprints
1. Strong problem solving| analytical| communication and documentation skills
