Snowflake Informatica Engineer

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Informatica + Snowflake Engineer to support a migration from Informatica Power Center to IICS on Azure and optimize Snowflake performance. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role working closely with architects and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Informatica Migration (60%) • Migrate and redesign Power Center ETL workflows to Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) • Develop, test, validate, and ensure data integrity for all migrated pipelines Snowflake Optimization (30%) • Tune Snowflake warehouses, queries, and performance • Use metadata tables (ACCOUNT_USAGE, INFORMATION_SCHEMA) for analysis and cost optimization Collaboration & Handoff (10%) • Work with operations/support teams for deployments • Prepare documentation and perform knowledge transfer Required Skills • 5+ years ETL/Power Center (9.x or higher) • Hands-on experience migrating Power Center → IICS • Strong Snowflake + SnowSQL skills (SnowPro certification preferred) • Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT experience • Excellent communication; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills • Experience with Azure (ADF, ADLS) • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, DevOps for ETL • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools • Agile project experience
