• Collaborate closely with Snowflake GTM, product teams, and partner ecosystems to ensure alignment with platform capabilities, roadmap, and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance across analytics, data engineering, and cloud-native implementation teams.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–11 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Data Architect, Database Administrator, or Data Engineer.
• At least 8 years of hands-on technical consulting experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale analytics, cloud data warehouse, or data platform transformation projects.
Technical Skills:
• Hands-on expertise designing, implementing, and operating Snowflake-centric data solutions.
• Strong understanding of the full data analytics lifecycle—from ingestion/ETL to data modeling, platform architecture, BI, and analytics.
• Experience with industry-standard ETL/ELT and BI tools (e.g., Informatica, Matillion, DBT, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and/or Apache Spark for building and maintaining data workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Exadata, Teradata, Netezza, Greenplum, etc.).
• Strong expertise in Snowflake security frameworks including RBAC, masking, row access policies, encryption, data governance, and data sharing.
• Required: FinOps implementation experience, including cost governance, consumption optimization, and cloud cost management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in the services or consulting organization of a product/SaaS company.
• Prior leadership experience in delivering complex technical projects or managing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Industry domain expertise: Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Media, Insurance, etc.
• Hands-on application development experience in cloud-native environments.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Snowflake SnowPro Advanced certifications (Architect, Data Engineer, Data Scientist).
