Role description
Must-Haves:
β’ 5+ years in social analytics with deep experience across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta and Reddit platforms.
β’ Proficient with analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Brandwatch/Talkwalker)
β’ Proficient with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
β’ Strong experience with pulling data, reporting, and creating dashboards.
β’ Strong ability to translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for content, creative, and campaign optimization
β’ Experienced in building weekly/monthly reports, post-campaign recaps, competitive benchmarking, and creator/influencer performance summaries.
β’ Highly organized communicator able to present insights to leadership and operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

β’ BI & visualization: Power BI or Tableau, plus Excel/Google Sheets.
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Social Analyst who is a data-driven strategist and platform power user who owns the reporting, insights, and optimization of social media activity across channels. This role manages end-to-end reporting across all social platforms, leveraging Hootsuiteβs analytics, listening, and dashboard capabilities to monitor trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization. They work cross-functionally with portfolio and insights, marketing research, social, creative, influencer, paid media, and comms teams to provide data-backed recommendations that enhance engagement, strengthen brand reputation, and support business objectives. With a strong understanding of platform metrics, social behavior, and competitive benchmarking, the analyst turns complex data into clear narratives that inform decision-making and elevate social strategy.
This is 6-month ongoing contract and pays $48-51/hr
