Location: Croydon - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office
• Have strong hands-on experience building scalable, production-grade applications.
• Enjoy mentoring and supporting the development of other engineers.
• Design and implement new features, fix bugs, and contribute to story elaboration and documentation.
• Participate in on-hours support including triaging, incident response, and bug fixing.
• Lead the architectural design of components or modules within our platforms.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Team Lead to define and maintain a strong technical vision and roadmap.
• Demonstrate and advocate for modern development practices and software engineering approaches.
