Software Technical Lead | Remote

Position: Technical Lead Type: Contract Compensation: $50 - $120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities • Lead technical direction and architectural decisions for AI agent development using modern programming languages. • Collaborate with cross-functional • teams to design, build, and optimize scalable AI solutions. • Write high-quality, production-level code in React, Python, Node.js, PHP, .NET, C#, or C++. • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. • Develop, evaluate, and iterate on AI model training processes to enhance performance and accuracy. • Continuously research emerging trends in AI and software development to recommend improvements and drive innovation.
