As a key part of our agile staffing pipeline, this role supports enterprise-level architecture planning and cloud transformation efforts in collaboration with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and other public sector clients. You will play a mission-critical role in designing and governing Salesforce multi-cloud solutions—including Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, and Data Clouds. This position bridges technical vision, public service delivery goals, and scalable cloud strategy to deliver transformational outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural strategy and design across Salesforce multi-cloud environments (Public Cloud, Health Cloud - Agentforce, Service cloud, Experience cloud, Mule Soft ). Translate business requirements and public sector regulations into technical blueprints and scalable configurations. Define and maintain architecture standards, security frameworks, integration patterns, and performance benchmarks. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Engineers to ensure alignment between architecture, product vision, and system scalability. Evaluate third-party tools, AppExchange products, and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft or Boomi for integration suitability. Provide architecture oversight during sprint cycles, code reviews, and system releases. Mentor technical staff and assist in long-term platform roadmap planning, including reuse, modularity, and future-proofing. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience in technical solution architecture, including large-scale Salesforce implementations. Expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, or Data Clouds. Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions + AgentForce strongly preferred. Experience designing data models, APIs, and middleware integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, AWS, Azure). Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and modern CI/CD pipelines. Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) highly preferred. Prior consulting or delivery experience for local, state, or federal government entities. Education from a Pennsylvania-based institution or U.S. community college is a valued asset.
