Solution Integrator

Job Title: Solution Integrator Location: Onsite / Hybrid – Melbourne, FL or Seattle, WA Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Solution Integrator to support the development and implementation of mission-critical Grid and Energy Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience integrating complex utility systems and working with SCADA, ADMS, EMS, and OMS applications. This role requires deep technical expertise in Java-based middleware, ESB technologies, and enterprise system integrations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement software interfaces and web services to integrate multiple utility systems. Contribute to the development and deployment of mission-critical grid and Energy Management System (EMS) software. Develop and maintain middleware components and integration layers. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and scalable system integrations. Author and maintain technical documentation, including WSDLs and XSDs. Support deployment and troubleshooting across Windows and Linux environments. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of overall software development experience. Hands-on experience with Grid applications such as SCADA, ADMS, EMS, and OMS (mandatory). Strong experience with Apache products, including: Geronimo Tomcat Camel ServiceMix Axis Experience integrating with ESB / iBUS technologies, such as: Fuse ESB TIBCO IBM WebSphere Proficiency in Java-based application development and middleware business logic. Experience developing and consuming Web Services, including WSDLs and XSDs. Strong experience with Oracle databases and SQL. Minimum 5+ years of experience developing software on Windows and/or Linux platforms. Minimum 7+ years of experience with C/C++, KSH, and Java.
