Role description
Title: Solutions Architect x6
Location: Remote US 3 EST 3 PST/MST
Duration: 12 months
Compensation: $60 - $75/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Solutions Architect with 5+ years' experience working with Enterprise Identity Management platforms, SSO alongside SaaS systems; experience with SAML/SCIM. General knowledge and experience working with Enterprise customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Drive multiple customer migrations or projects simultaneously; act as the technical point of contact for key accounts.
β’ Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing a deep understanding on business goals and industry trends
β’ Implement processes defined by leadership; ensure timely resolution of support tickets and customer issues.
β’ Collect customer feedback to translate customer issues into actionable product insights.
β’ Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale
β’ Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners
β’ Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics
β’ Participate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Combined experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer with client-facing experience.
β’ Strong technical background with the ability to understand and advise on enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and integration. Deep Identity and access management (IAM) expertise.
β’ Experience communicating with technical and business audience at prospects or clients
β’ Experience deploying large partner integration projects
β’ Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (Brand or Direct Response)
Technical understanding of Facebook advertising products (including Ads and Pages API, Identity Platform)
Experience working with API documents, calling APIβs using scripts, and testing APIβs
Experience with Swagger and Postman
