Source to Pay (S2P) Business Analyst

Job Summary Our client, a leading global organization, is seeking a Source to Pay (S2P) Business Analyst to join their team. This is a 6-month W-2 contract with a preference for candidates located in Minnesota who can work onsite 1–2 days per week in Wayzata. Exceptional remote candidates within the U.S. will also be considered based on talent availability. Standard business hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST/CST. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes • Create user stories, process flows, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile development teams • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement • Partner with Product Managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver business solutions • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, and change management activities • Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, and related Agile tools Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience within procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), or supply chain environments • Strong understanding of S2P processes, including sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable • Experience writing user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and business requirements • Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies • Experience using Jira and Confluence for documentation and backlog management • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) • Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms • Experience with Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project Planner • Knowledge of process mapping and business process improvement • Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives • CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma certifications • Experience supporting organizational change management and user adoption Key Competencies & Behaviors • Business Process Analysis • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Agile Delivery & Continuous Improvement • Stakeholder Communication • Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking Work Environment • Location: Wayzata, MN (preferred) • Hybrid: Onsite 1–2 days per week. Exceptional remote U.S. candidates may be considered based on talent availability Compensation & Benefits • Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is $35.00 and $41.00. Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
