Role description
β€’ Splunk (preferred) or other observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK Stack). β€’ Strong understanding of AWS services (Redshift, RDS, etc.); AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred. β€’ Hands-on experience with Kubernetes; CKA or CKAD certification highly desirable. β€’ Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in REST API integration and automation. β€’ Familiar with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and data visualization tools. β€’ Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. β€’ Experience creating dashboards and templates (OOB, ITSI integration). β€’ Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and business teams. β€’ Experience in insurance domain preferred. β€’ Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or Observability platforms are a plus.
