This role focuses on leading and executing the migration of Splunk data, dashboards, alerts, and configurations to Elasticsearch. It requires strong technical expertise in Splunk, ELK Stack, and observability tools, along with project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Must-Have Skills:
• Splunk – administration, architecture, data ingestion
• ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) – deployment, configuration, optimization
• Kibana – dashboards, analytics, visualization
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Stakeholder communication
• Strong project management experience
Responsibilities:
• Deploy and configure Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana for centralized logging and data analytics
• Set up ELK clusters ensuring high availability and performance optimization
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or similar tools
• Develop and manage cloud infrastructure with experience in cloud networking preferable
• Lead migration projects from Splunk to Elasticsearch
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align observability strategies with business needs
