Role description
Our client is seeking a hands-on SQL Data Engineer to join a modern data transformation project. Our client is in the early stages of migrating from a legacy Oracle Fusion Analytics (FAW) environment to a high-performance stack centered on Snowflake, Informatica IICS, and Power BI. This isn't just about maintaining existing code; you will be responsible for cleaning up the current environment, establishing standards, and building the production-ready data assets that fuel enterprise-wide finance and operations reporting. The Work: 70% Snowflake / 30% Informatica IICS You will operate with a high degree of autonomy. While your primary focus is Snowflake architecture and high-performance SQL, you are the "owner" of the pipeline, meaning you will regularly dive into Informatica IICS to build mapping tasks, manage taskflows, and ensure data from source systems (like Oracle Fusion and Salesforce) lands correctly in Snowflake.
