Contract: 3 months Keywords: #SeattleJobs; #BusinessAnalystJobs; Job Description: ⦁ Design, develop, and maintain KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and optimization ⦁ Build automated and scalable reporting solutions by developing efficient data pipelines and dashboards to support recurring and ad-hoc analytical needs ⦁ Work independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements, identify/validate data sources, and build reporting solutions ⦁ Understand current and future business needs by working closely with stakeholders to recognize upcoming needs and requirements ⦁ Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation) ⦁ Directly perform ad-hoc analysis to determine the root cause issues of ambiguous systemic challenges at the request of senior leadership ⦁ Work as the internal analytics consultant for the Director of Marketing, Program, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Basic Qualifications: ⦁ 5+ years of experience working as an analyst and/or a related role ⦁ 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience ⦁ Experience with ETL to build data pipelines to support automated reporting ⦁ Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights ⦁ Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: ⦁ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field ⦁ Experience in operations, supply chain, marketing or logistics
