Your impressive background and experience have caught our attention, and we believe you have the potential to make a significant impact in this role Job Title: Senior SQL Developer / Data Analyst Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 18850 N 56th St, Phoenix, AZ 85054) Duration: 12 Months Contract Interview: Onsite Required Skills • 8+ years of experience as a SQL Developer working with Microsoft SQL Server. • Expert-level SQL skills including complex queries, joins, views, stored procedures, and database development. • Strong experience analyzing large and complex datasets to generate business insights, metrics, and reports. • Hands-on experience with reporting and BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, or SSRS. • Experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, reports, and scheduled jobs. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in Agile environments. Responsibilities • Translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, and metric solutions. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and scheduled jobs. • Create and enhance reports and dashboards using Qlik, SSRS, Power BI, or similar BI tools. • Investigate and resolve data quality issues while ensuring data integrity and consistency. • Collaborate with data architects, developers, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders. • Support data curation, reporting, and dashboard development initiatives. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Qlik implementation, migration, or dashboard development. • Background in data analysis and reporting within large enterprise environments. • Experience working with multiple data sources and high-volume datasets.
