Key responsibilities
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing software products which enables process automation, data collection, and visualization of the data
• Demonstrate outstanding ownership on tasks and assignments
• Practice agile software development methodologies and execution
• Deep dive on requirements and participate/contribute towards high-level and low-level design of software features
• Technical documentation of artifacts, requirements, design, defects, status, and summary
• Participate in design and code reviews and ensure faster turnaround to address review comments
• Develop and engineer software features or modules
• Triage and trouble shoot development and production issues/incidents
• Design and write SQL scripts to analyze, triage and gather insights from large data sets
• • Provide Level 1/ Level 2/ Level 3 support services to our applications and customers
