Role description
We are hiring for SQL Server Developer (T-SQL /Java /Data governance)
Location: Glasgow - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, database performance tuning, secure database development, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Experience with GitLab, PowerShell, Python, Java/Scala, Spark, Nexus, and Data Governance/Records Management.
• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance SQL Server solutions supporting Security, Risk, and Data Governance.
• Build robust T-SQL components including stored procedures, functions, views, and complex queries for enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Design scalable data models and support batch as well as near real-time data processing solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, records management, and regulatory compliance.
