About the Role (W2 Contract)
We are seeking a Sr. Analyst – DSCSA Product Flow to play a critical role in ensuring the compliant and efficient flow of prescription pharmacy products across our enterprise. This position focuses on managing serialization and traceability exceptions under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), resolving data errors, and supporting product movement from Distribution Centers to pharmacies.
The Sr. Analyst will work closely with 10 distinct business units, including Retail, PBM, Omnicare, MinuteClinic, and Oak Street Health, collaborating with internal teams, field leadership, and external trading partners. This role is central to maintaining compliance, reducing risk, and optimizing working capital while improving internal processes.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage serialization exceptions using the TraceLink SCWM platform; investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot traceability and verification issues, escalating to trading partners as needed.
• Support implementation and adherence to SOPs and compliance workflows; maintain and update documentation to align with policies and regulatory standards.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners (manufacturers, wholesalers), resolving quarantine inventory and exception issues.
• Assist in training internal teams (retail pharmacies, distribution centers, PBM mail and specialty) on serialization compliance and exception management best practices.
• Support the development of ongoing exception management processes and systems.
• Stay current on DSCSA compliance milestones and provide input for process improvements and regulatory updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present findings and influence stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions under regulatory timelines.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional collaboration and building consensus across large organizations.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving DSCSA regulatory requirements.
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Experience managing complex projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Experience in exception management, triage workflows, and issue resolution in high-volume, high-urgency environments.
• Familiarity with DSCSA requirements, serialization, and traceability compliance across multiple business units.
• Knowledge of pharmacy and warehouse product flow.
• Hands-on experience with TraceLink or similar DSCSA compliance platforms.
• Proven ability to manage queues and drive process improvement.
• Ability to influence outcomes, mediate conflicts, and guide teams to resolution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Education:
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, analysis, retail, or healthcare.
• BA/BS in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Broad supply chain or store operations experience.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Prior database experience, preferably SQL.
• Experience developing analytical tools, templates, financial/statistical models, or process flows.
• Highly motivated, natural problem solver.
