Job Description: Impact You'll Make: This role will act as a key analyst of the Responsible Procurement team and is responsible for supporting supply chain sustainability and inclusion procurement initiatives. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Third Party Risk, Operations, Legal, DEIB, and external suppliers to ensure data quality, strengthen governance, support client and regulatory reporting, and drive continuous improvement in responsible procurement practices. The Sr. Analyst role combines analytics, program operations, reporting responsibilities across both supply chain sustainability and inclusion, supporting goals of building an inclusive, resilient, and environmentally responsible supply chain. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned location for a minimum of two days a week. Supplier Inclusion Responsibilities Maintain and validate spend derived from suppliers of less conventional sources including spend, certifications, and KPIs. Support internal and external recurring supplier inclusion reporting (e.g., leadership dashboards, client requests, client/supplier questionnaires, company surveys). Respond to responsible sourcing related RFP and due diligence requests from client teams. Conduct spend segmentation, analysis and opportunity assessments to identify supplier growth potential. Support recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of new suppliers to reporting program. Maintain governance artifacts, program resources, and internal resource pages. Supply Chain Sustainability Responsibilities Support supply chain Scope 3 data collection, category modeling, and supplier engagement. Maintain sustainable procurement scorecards and dashboards for Sourcing and category teams. Contribute to ESG disclosures, including climate related metrics and supply chain sustainability content. Support RFP responses and client questionnaires involving sustainability and ESG topics. Monitor emerging ESG regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC climate rules, due diligence laws) and maintain compliance ready datasets. Cross Functional Program Support Partner with Procurement to integrate Responsible Sourcing requirements into category strategies and sourcing processes. Identify and support process improvements, automation, and data quality enhancements. Assist in developing training, guidance, and educational materials for internal stakeholders. Engage suppliers to collect data, communicate expectations, and improve performance. Qualifications and Education: What You'll Bring: 3+ years of experience in procurement, responsible sourcing, sustainability/ESG, supply chain, analytics, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with experience managing, cleaning, and interpreting structured datasets. Advanced Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau or similar visualization platforms preferred. Familiarity with ESG/sustainability reporting concepts (e.g., GHG Protocol, Scope 1-3). Excellent communication skills with ability to translate analytical insights into business friendly recommendations. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.
