This role will also include developing new dashboards and reporting capabilities such as: โ€ข Trend analyses โ€ข Monthly flash reporting dashboards โ€ข MBR (Monthly Business Review) and LT review support โ€ข Operational dashboards The contractor will support the transition of data to new GRC platforms by bridging current-state Excel workbooks with QuickSuite, ensuring continuity in reporting during the transition. Additional Responsibilities Include โ€ข Documenting SQL queries, dashboard logic, and metric definitions โ€ข Developing SOPs and playbooks โ€ข Enabling risk managers to operate effectively in the future-state environment Must Haves โ€ข Bachelors Degree: Data Engineering or Business Intelligence Engineering โ€ข 3 to 4 years of relevant experience (Data Engineering or Business Intelligence Engineering) โ€ข Strong SQL skills for querying risk and compliance data โ€ข Advanced spreadsheet modeling (Excel/Quip) for normalization and scenario analysis โ€ข Hands on experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight โ€ข Ability to design and implement repeatable dashboards, KPI/KRI reporting, and drill-down leadership reports Additional Context About The Role โ€ข The work is primarily project-based and front-loaded, focused on: โ€ข Building and stabilizing the analytics layer โ€ข Standardizing KPI frameworks โ€ข Supporting the GRC platform transition โ€ข The role requires specialized technical expertise (SQL, BI tools, GRC data modeling) that can be deployed quickly โ€ข Supports time-bound deliverables including: โ€ข RiskHub pilot โ€ข ROC dashboard maturation โ€ข ERM / Country Obligation (CO) integration Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
