Sr. BSA- API / Salesforce / Data Integration

Logisiolve is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with salesforce experience. Must have strong experience in APIs, SQL, data mapping, and Salesforce. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen, strong stakeholder communication skills, and deep experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate combines traditional Business Analyst capabilities with hands-on technical expertise and a passion for driving Agile best practices across teams. Duration: 6 months-contract to hire Compensation: $70.00-$80.00/hr. W2-plus full benefits (medical, dental, etc.) Hybrid: 4 days a week-Minneapolis, MN-must be local at the time of application Key Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements • Lead requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, and process discovery meetings • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mappings • Collaborate with engineering and integration teams on API-related initiatives and system integrations • Perform complex SQL queries and data analysis to support troubleshooting, validation, and reporting efforts • Develop and maintain detailed data mapping documentation between enterprise systems • Support and enhance Salesforce-related business processes and integrations • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Help guide teams toward stronger Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement • Manage work items, requirements, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions Required Qualifications • 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis or Business Analysis experience • Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and data mapping • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to analyze and validate complex datasets • Experience working with Salesforce platforms and integrations • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder management • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced enterprise environments Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives • Familiarity with system integration platforms and middleware technologies • Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments • Salesforce certifications or BA certifications are a plus
