Sr Business Intelligence Developer

Title: Sr Business Intelligence Developer Location: Troy, MI - Hybrid Rate: $45/Hr Note: This position is a contract on W2, and is NOT open to C2C. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer to support enterprise analytics initiatives for a leading healthcare organization. This role will focus on developing data solutions, building reporting assets, and delivering actionable insights to business and clinical stakeholders. Top Skills: • Expert SQL Development • Healthcare Analytics • Data Modeling & Data Warehousing • Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SSRS, or Similar BI Tools • Advanced Excel • Report & Dashboard Development • Requirements Gathering & Technical Documentation • EPIC Data Structures (Highly Preferred) Responsibilities: • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, data marts, data models, and analytical tools • Develop automated reporting solutions to support operational and strategic initiatives • Work directly with business and clinical leaders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions • Analyze healthcare, revenue cycle, utilization management, and population health data • Design and optimize SQL datasets for reporting and analytics • Create actionable insights and present findings to executives, physicians, and operational leadership • Support data governance, documentation, and reporting process improvements Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field • 4+ years of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Healthcare Data experience • Expert-level SQL skills with experience building datasets and reports • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Qlik, Looker, or SSRS • Experience with relational databases and data modeling • Healthcare industry experience required • Knowledge of EPIC reporting and data structures is a strong plus
