Sr. Business/Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a Senior Agile Business Data Analyst to drive the success of data centric initiatives across technology and analytics teams. This role plays a key part in bridging business needs with technical delivery, ensuring that data solutions align with strategic objectives. You will partner closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements, support analytics platforms, and deliver insights through reporting and dashboard solutions. This position requires hands on involvement in data analysis, Agile delivery practices, and end to end project execution within complex environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear Agile user stories and documentation • Develop and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines • Perform data analysis and investigation using SQL to validate data quality and support reporting needs • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver data warehousing and analytics solutions • Map data flows and document processes for reporting and dashboard development • Support software testing efforts by defining test scenarios and validating system outputs • Partner with stakeholders to interpret complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities • Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives KEY REQUIREMENTS • 5 to 7 plus years of experience in Agile Scrum business or data analysis within technology project teams • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or a related field preferred • Strong experience creating business requirements documents, user stories, backlogs, and data flow mappings • Proven experience working on data analytics, data warehousing, or big data initiatives • Intermediate SQL skills including complex queries, joins, and data validation without reliance on developers • Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; Strategy platform experience a plus • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for requirements tracking and documentation preferred • Industry experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical supply chain data environments required • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and data validation practices • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills with the ability to navigate complex environments CALL TO ACTION If you are a detail oriented data professional who thrives in Agile environments and enjoys transforming data into actionable insights, we encourage you to apply today.
