Role description
This position is eligible for US Citizens and Green Card Holders
Think is seeking a Sr Cloud Developer to support their client in Baltimore MD. This is 100% remote, but candidates must be able and willing to work eastern time zone hours.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Optimize a scalable, reliable, and secure AWS native cloud system
β’ Refine infrastructure configuration as IaC using Terraform
β’ Help produce and capture operational metrics from logs, APIβs, and various cloud sources
β’ Refine CI/CD/CT pipelines to build, deploy, and test native cloud application code
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years working experience in an AWS Cloud environment required for a senior level position.
Youβre a creative, highly motivated, engaged and driven Cloud Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to advance state-of-the-art data management services. You have experience designing and securing applications by incorporating cloud architecture best practices, infrastructure as code, and automation to deploy high-quality services in an AWS cloud environment. β’ In-depth knowledge of AWS services (EKS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3)
β’ Strong experience of workflow managers (Airflow)
β’ Strong experience with AWS and proficiency in Python, BASH, and IaC tools like Terraform
β’ Strong experience with relational and cloud-based databases
β’ Strong experience in building automation tools and CI/CD/CT pipelines using platforms like Ansible, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and CodePipeline
