What You'll Do As a Senior HR Workforce Analytics Analyst, you'll partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful workforce insights that influence strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead complex workforce analytics projects using advanced analytical techniques. • Analyze workforce trends, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations. • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. • Translate complex workforce data into compelling presentations and business narratives. • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to address workforce planning and organizational challenges. • Ensure data integrity through quality assurance and validation processes. • Recommend improvements to reporting tools and data systems. • Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on analytics best practices. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in: • Data Analytics • Data Science • Statistics • Mathematics • Economics • Business Analytics • Or a related quantitative field • 5+ years of current experience in: • Workforce Analytics • People Analytics • HR Analytics • Business/Data Analytics Required Skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel • PowerPoint • SQL • Power BI and/or Tableau • HR & Workforce Metrics • Workforce Forecasting • Root Cause Analysis • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving • Project & Stakeholder Management • Executive-Level Communication & Data Storytelling Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Management Consulting • Oracle Fusion • Oracle OTBI • Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) Schedule • Monday - Friday • 40 hours per week • Hybrid work environment Why Work with Protouch Staffing?
