Role description
This is 100% a Data Analyst role Not an implementation role Need Customer Journey Analytics from a Data Analyst/Engineer background.
We have three 6-12+ month contract to Permanent opportunities for a senior-level Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience in behavioral and digital analytics, specializing in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics. They bring a deep understanding of data visualization, digital experience tracking, and storytelling through analytics, with the ability to translate business questions into actionable insights and measurable outcomes. This individual has at least 5 years of experience in mobile analytics, a strong grasp of data architecture and implementation requirements, and excels at working cross-functionally with product, UX, and marketing teams in an agile environment. Candidates with a background in healthcare analytics, UX design principles, and familiarity with tools such as Miro or Figma are preferred. 100% Remote.

MUST HAVES:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral analytics, specializing in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics. At least 5 years of mobile application analytics experience.
• Experience with custom project creation using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Deep understanding of digital analytics implementation requirements.
• Ability to critically evaluate designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and site performance.
• Proficiency in data visualization, demonstrating value without relying on traditional sales data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
