Sr. Data Analyst – Alteryx to Tableau / Power BI Migration

Role Overview We are seeking multiple Data Analysts to support and lead the migration of existing Alteryx workflows and reporting assets to Tableau and/or Power BI. This role involves analyzing current-state workflows, redesigning data pipelines, and delivering optimized, scalable dashboards aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end migration of Alteryx workflows and reports to Tableau and/or Power BI • Analyze and document existing Alteryx data flows, transformations, and logic • Redesign and optimize data models, queries, and workflows for performance and scalability • Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau / Power BI • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outputs • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout migration • Perform testing, validation, and performance tuning • Document processes, data mappings, and best practices for long-term support Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles • Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx (workflow analysis & migration) • Advanced expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI • Strong SQL and data modeling skills • Experience with data migration, ETL redesign, and dashboard optimization • Strong stakeholder communication and requirements translation skills Nice to Have • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP) • Knowledge of data governance and BI modernization best practices • Experience with large-scale BI/reporting migration projects
