Sr. Data Analyst

Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business insights through meticulous data management and analysis, contributing to strategic decisions. Responsibilities • Develop and implement detailed data mapping processes to ensure seamless information flow from source systems to target data marts. • Translate business requirements into actionable mapping documents, fostering teamwork through code review and collaborative efforts. • Mentor and provide training to junior analysts, enhancing team skills and capabilities. • Evaluate new data solutions, offering expert technical insights and optimizing performance. • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Skills • Proven experience in data analytics, supported by a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience. • Strong command of SQL and proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform and Big Query. • Excellent communication skills and expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence. • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Thorough understanding of risk management practices within the financial sector. Preferred Skills • Experience in anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud within the financial industry. • Familiarity with ETL tools such as AbInitio.
