The role focuses on Power BI reporting, SQL development, Databricks, and Python-based analytics to support enterprise banking and analytics initiatives. Required Skills • Strong SQL expertise (joins, window functions, query optimization) • Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and dashboards • Experience with Python and Databricks (PySpark, notebooks, Delta Lake) • Data modeling and data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema) • Experience in Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domain • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Responsibilities • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Develop SQL queries and optimize large-scale datasets • Work with Databricks and Python for data transformation and automation • Create KPIs, DAX measures, and semantic data models • Collaborate with business teams for reporting and analytics needs • Monitor data quality and troubleshoot reporting issues • Present insights and analytics findings to leadership teams Preferred Skills • Azure Data Factory / Synapse / Microsoft Fabric • Tableau exposure • Git and CI/CD knowledge • Agile/Scrum environment experience • Power BI Certification is a plus Interview Process • In-Person Interview at Frisco, TX • Live Coding Test on SQL, Python, and Power BI DAX Work Model Hybrid role with regular office presence in Frisco, TX.
