Sr. Data Analyst (Compensation)

GlobalSource IT has a Direct Client from the Nashville, TN area in need of some immediate help from a Sr. Data Analyst to assist in helping review and improve over 20 commission based plans. Most of these plans are currently run manually through Excel spreadsheets and they need someone who can review the current process/data, help improve those calculations, create dashboards, and possibly resolve ERP integration issues for posting (Workday primarily). The current commission/compensation software is BEQOM so any experience with a similar software is preferred. This opportunity is set for an initial 6-9 Months and can be supported 100% remote. • • Must have over 7+ years of Data Analysis experience and commission/compensation data experience • Ability to review Excel processing and help correct manual processes or possible automation recommendations (calculations, fields, data quality, etc) • Any compensation or commission based software work would be highly preferred (Workday, BEQOM, etc.) • Strong communication will be a big plus as well for working with the current compensation/HRIS team • • • If you're interested in this role please let me know with an Updated Resume and Expected Hourly Rate to the email attached: jasonz@globalsourceit.com • • •
