Title: Sr. Data Analyst Job Type: Contract to Hire Contract Length: 3-6 months Pay Range: $60-80/hr Start Date: ASAP Location: Hybrid – San Mateo, CA (2 days a week onsite) About The Opportunity Our client, a leader in Technology, is looking for a skilled Sr. Data Analyst to join their team for a 3-6 months engagement. This project involves building, maintaining, and optimizing data flows, specifically between NetSuite and other business-critical platforms, and creating impactful dashboards. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: • Data Integration Ownership: Own and manage the Palantir Foundry platform from a Finance perspective. • Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and enhance data pipelines on the Palantir Foundry platform and create data pipelines in Databricks. • Reporting & Visualization: Build custom applications and interactive dashboards within Palantir Foundry and create dashboards and reports from scratch. • System Reliability: Troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. • Documentation & Governance: Document reverse ETL flows, technical specifications, and best practices, and define and design ontologies to structure enterprise data. Required Skills & Experience: We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role. • Deep expertise in data warehousing, analytics, and processing platforms, including 3+ years of experience with: • Databricks (with .dbt experience preferred) or similar platforms like Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Fabric. • Pyspark experience. • Data visualization tools. • Experience with building and maintaining integration pipelines between NetSuite and other business applications. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Palantir Foundry platform (preferred) and some Typescript experience. • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals (self-starter and proactive personality). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an intellectual curiosity. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/MIS or other equivalent fields.
