Sr. Data Analyst (Looker, Snowflake/Airflow)

Duration: 6 Months Contract Additional Information : Open to NYC/LA offices. Can be remote. If they do go for FTE, please note, they must be onsite 4x a week. We are seeking a senior data analyst focused on reporting, automation, and tooling within the client portfolio. This role’s primary responsibility is to support and build reporting automation for various business critical initiatives. This may include custom pipeline building and integration with our suite of data and tech tools, scripting python for automated reporting sends, quality testing, and visualization creation. Responsibilities: • Build end-to-end solutions for contained ongoing reporting automation • Respond to intake and document data requirements related to subscriber reporting automation (including complex dashboarding, automated email sends, continual deck creation) • Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally obligating, to determine accurate outputs for each relevant business unit • Incorporate data quality testing into daily pipelines to ensure data integrity and accuracy of all automated reporting. • Create clean and understandable visualizations for broad business consumption • Develop strong knowledge of the technical infrastructure that underlies subscriber data • Contribute to the design of resilient reporting solutions that minimize data incidents. Basic Qualifications Requirements: • 5+ years of analytical experience • 3+ years’ work experience developing in SQL, especially in an ETL processing pipeline • 3+ years of scripting experience (python/R) • Experience automating manual Excel-based workflows • Familiarity with Google App Scripts, Snowflake (or similar Analytical Warehousing products), Github • Data visualization experience with Looker, Tableau • Demonstrated experience with conveying technical and/or analytical concepts to broad set of audiences • Strong communication skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Nice to haves: • Advanced custom data visualization tool experience (D3, Streamlit) • Understanding of statistics concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) • Advanced degree • Familiarity with Airflow • Experiencing building or prototyping tech from scratch Required Education • Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
