We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experts in the field while contributing to impactful projects in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct walkthroughs of business requirements documents to ensure clarity and obtain necessary approvals.
• Create and update detailed system design documents and source-to-target mappings.
• Assist in the review of test cases and results, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Participate in meetings, documenting notes and action items for follow-up.
Skills
• 3+ years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and writing business requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and analyze database data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid contracts.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to manage project controls, including issues, risks, and scope.
• Experience with MARS or T-MSIS reporting requirements.
