Role description
Job Description We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our growing team focused on Customer Information Management (KIM). Technology Stack • Snowflake (all data infrastructure) • dbt (core transformation framework) • Python (select data workflows) • GitHub & GitHub Actions (CI/CD pipelines) • AWS (Kubernetes environment) – Infrastructure already established (AWS expertise not required) Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake • Develop and optimize transformation workflows using dbt • Collaborate through pair programming (up to 6 hours daily) as a core working practice • Integrate and manage data from multiple internal and external customer-related sources • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions • Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across the analytics platform • Support the ongoing evolution of the Customer Information Management ecosystem Required Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake • Solid experience building transformations with dbt • Experience writing data workflows in Python • Deep understanding of data modeling, ELT/ETL patterns, and analytics engineering best practices • Comfortable with Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices • Experience working with multiple data sources and complex data ecosystems • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative, pair-programming environment Rate: $65-75/hour ( depends on experience level).
