JD:
In this role, you will support the movement of key transactional data from source systems into analytics platforms, helping ensure it is reliable, well-managed, and suitable for generating business insights at scale.
You will contribute to the design and delivery of data pipelines and data solutions, collaborating across teams to support analytics, reporting, and evolving data needs while helping uphold engineering standards and best practices within a modern data environment.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 2–8 years of related experience
• Demonstrated experience in an IT or technical role
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Experience with various data modeling approaches and data structures
• Ability to prepare and structure data for analytics and data science use
• Experience building or supporting systems for data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large datasets
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools
• Experience working with data from multiple sources and delivering data solutions incrementally
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Capability to communicate technical concepts and strategies to varied audiences
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
• Willingness to provide on-call support when needed

• Design, develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and integrations across platforms
• Build and improve systems for ingesting, transforming, and processing large datasets
• Support the full data lifecycle, from data acquisition through analytics-ready datasets
• Help ensure reliable, high-quality solutions through testing and monitoring
• Follow and promote best practices around code quality, version control, and testing
• Partner with teams to ensure data is effectively structured, managed, and delivered
• Contribute to technical design discussions and solution development
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, performance challenges, and technical debt
• Apply security and data protection standards throughout development
• Document data processes, models, and workflows
• Collaborate with team members through reviews, knowledge sharing, and pairing
