Sr. Data Engineer Manager / Data Analytics Manager

Senior Manager, Data Engineering or Analytics Role: We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Senior Manager to lead our Analytics team. This role will drive data initiatives across the organization, leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools to inform business strategy, particularly in the retail domain. Your Impact:  Lead the development of analytics frameworks and dashboards using Power BI and ThoughtSpot.  Guide the application of Bayesian statistical methods to support predictive modeling and decision-making.  Oversee data architecture and pipeline optimization using BigQuery.  Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in retail operations and customer engagement.  Mentor and manage a team of analysts and data scientists.  Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across analytics projects. Your Skills & Experience:  Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.  10+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years in a retail-focused leadership role.  Expertise in Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and BigQuery.  Deep knowledge of Bayesian analysis and statistical modeling.  Experience working with Retail Media Network data  Ability to decipher the data quality, and, if the data set is complete from an RMN perspective. call out what’s missing  Ability to recommend what needs to be cleaned in the existing data set  Ability to recommend what additional data should be included in the date set from RMN perspective  Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex insights to executive stakeholders.  Strong project management and strategic thinking skills.
