About
• Linksoft is seeking two Senior Data Engineers with deep Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery experience to deliver hands-on technical discovery and assessment work for a data architecture engagement on behalf of a client.
• The client operates a mature data environment centered on Google BigQuery, with integrations spanning Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, and several homegrown and third-party systems.

• Data Quality & Validation Assessment — validation coverage, lineage capability, reconciliation practices, and business impact mapping.
• Monitoring & Observability Assessment — monitoring posture, MTTD analysis, and monitoring stack recommendations.
Must-Have Skills
• Advanced Google BigQuery expertise including INFORMATION\_SCHEMA introspection, query optimization, schema and dataset management.
• Experience with GCP billing exports, BigQuery IAM, partitioning, clustering, and metadata tables.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow or Cloud Composer, dbt, ETL/ELT design, and Fivetran or Airbyte.
• Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, pipeline observability, reconciliation, and backup/recovery assessment.
• Technical documentation and client-facing communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
