The position requires designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support critical business operations in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load large volumes of structured and unstructured data. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Implement and maintain data warehousing solutions to support reporting, analytics, and machine learning initiatives. • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for data storage and processing. • Proficiency in data modeling, schema design, and database optimization techniques. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
