Job Title: Sr. Data Engineer
Location: Columbus, OH / New York, NY (5 Days Onsite – Locals Only)

Required Skills:
• 12+ years of Data Engineering experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, Data Lakes, and Spark
• Strong experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and Data Analytics
• Expertise in ETL/ELT development and data integration
• Strong knowledge of Databricks CI/CD best practices, including DABs
• Experience with MLOps and Machine Learning concepts
• Exposure to AI-driven development, agent-based development, and migration projects
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Preferred:
• Databricks and/or Microsoft Data Engineering Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
