Sr Data Scientist Contract to hire On-site in Minneapolis $73hr-$75hr Role Purpose The Senior Data Scientist is responsible for delivering AI-driven intelligence, advanced analytics, and decision-support capabilities that improve advisor productivity, client engagement, operational efficiency, and regional business growth across Wealth Management. This role partners closely with regional business leadership, advisors, Data & AI teams, Digital teams, and Technology partners to identify high-value opportunities and rapidly deliver practical AI and analytical solutions aligned to regional priorities. The role operates within a Data & AI Product operating model focused on fast experimentation, measurable business outcomes, responsible AI governance, and scalable intelligence capabilities. Required Capabilities Technical • Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling • Python, SQL, and analytical tooling • Generative AI and NLP concepts • Data visualization and storytelling • Predictive and recommendation modeling • Experimentation and performance evaluation • Cloud-based analytics environments • Understanding of MLOps concepts and model lifecycle management Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
